Barista Training at Our Warsaw Roastery - Espresso, Latte Art, Filter Brewing, Sensory Skills

Understanding coffee – from theory to practice.

We believe great coffee is not only a matter of taste but also of knowledge, focus and experience. That’s why, for years, we’ve been running training sessions designed to help participants better understand how a cup of high-quality coffee is made – from selecting the beans to preparing the brew.

We offer courses and workshops covering:

  • espresso and the basics of working with an espresso machine,
  • filter brewing methods (including V60, Chemex, and AeroPress),
  • fundamentals of sensory analysis and cupping.

All sessions take place in the welcoming atmosphere of our roastery, with a strong focus on hands-on learning and a calm, attentive approach. We also provide tailored workshops for coffee shop and restaurant teams, as well as for companies – adapted to the real needs, pace and skill level of participants. Such sessions also work perfectly as an engaging team-building activity centred around coffee.

Our courses are led by Justyna Sarnowska, who has been working with coffee since 2017 – first as a barista in Warsaw’s specialty coffee shops, and now as an educator and trainer. She holds a sensory certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association and specialises in espresso and filter brewing methods.

Justyna studied Japanese and cultural studies and is currently pursuing a degree in history at the University of Warsaw. Her master’s thesis explored the history and present-day coffee culture in Japan, bringing a unique cultural perspective to her work.
