Decaf But Tasty – decaf espresso

The beans have been processed naturally and then decaffeinated using carbon dioxide. The previously steamed grains are immersed in it for about 10 hours, in a chamber under a pressure of up to 300 atmospheres. The caffeine combines with the carbon dioxide and can then be separated from it. This process does not affect the flavour and aromatic substances contained in the coffee.
