Guatemala Finca La Cabana 250 g

Fresh notes of green apple, grapefruit, and brown sugar characterise this coffee grown on the slopes of the Pacaya volcano. Catimor, Sarchimor, and Anacafe14 varieties create a harmonious blend with medium acidity and a smooth, creamy texture, making it perfect for pour-over methods.

Finca La Cabaña has evolved significantly, transforming from a former dairy farm into a dynamic coffee and pineapple plantation. Gabriel Cordón, an industrial engineer and agriculture enthusiast, manages the farm, constantly seeking ways to grow and improve crop quality while caring for the region’s biodiversity. Alongside coffee and pineapple cultivation, beekeeping is also practiced on the farm, supporting the local ecosystem.

This coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation, which extracts a vivid and clean flavour from the beans. This carefully controlled process balances sweetness and acidity in the coffee.
