The acidity is crisp and citrussy, evoking lemongrass. A gentle milk chocolate sweetness rounds everything out, softening the texture and giving the cup a smooth, pleasant finish.

Grown in the Yirgacheffe region, near Redo Mountain, this coffee thrives in a biodiverse environment with ideal microclimatic conditions. The trees grow slowly under the natural shade of indigenous forest, allowing the cherries to ripen evenly over time. Mr Berhanu and his family oversee the production, focusing on sustainable farming and traditional practices that preserve quality and character with every harvest.
